bet365, the world’s largest online sports betting company, has finalized a partnership with Century Casinos, Inc. to bring its online sportsbook to Colorado. The pact marks the second such deal for Century Casinos in the state.
Century Casinos owns two casino properties in Colorado bearing the same name, Century Casino & Hotel, in Cripple Creek and Central City. The partnership with bet365 will allow the company to operate online and mobile sports betting apps under the bet365 brand once bet365 receives formal approval from Colorado gaming regulators.
The terms of the 10-year agreement include a minimum annual revenue guarantee and a percentage share of net gaming revenue paid to Century Casinos.
Century Casinos, Inc. previously reached an agreement with Circa Sports to offer online sports betting through an app developed by their company. Their 15-year deal includes a number of potential boons for Century Casinos, Inc., including a market access fee, a share of net gaming revenue, and a minimum revenue guarantee.
Century Casinos still has one master sports betting license available, though any additional partnership plans are not yet known.
